The Big Idea is a legendary Brainiac Villain from Bablovia.

Description

The Big Idea is a member of the League of Dastardly Doom on Bablovia. He is part of the Legion of Evil, the ruling cabal that currently controls the League. He appears as a male humanoid with his brain in a jar on the top of his head that has a rod emitting electricity to other brains floating in bubbles around his head. His uniform is red with a golden belt that has a clock on the front, black boots, and golden shoulder pads.
