Edith is a fervent devotee and cultist of Emrakul, the Eldrazi titan.
History
She was present at the emergence of Emrakul on the plane of Innistrad. In her thoughts, Edith's dedication to Emrakul surpasses that of any other cultist, and she is driven by an intense desire to be chosen by Her. Edith was marked by a deep and almost obsessive devotion as she stood on the wet rock, yearning to be the closest to the rising power of Emrakul. As she chanted and embraced the chaos around her, Emrakul acknowledged Edith's devotion. The sea swelled and a column of water rose, culminating in Emrakul's emergence. Edith merged with Emrakul, feeling complete and transformed by Her power.[1]
