Wernog, Rider's Chaplain, is a legendary human from Innistrad.
Background
Wernog is a human chaplain of the Gavony Riders of the Church of Avacyn on Innistrad. The Riders are the elite cavalry of Innistrad, extensively trained in mounted combat with swords and lances. He is a light-skinned male who wears the white uniform of the Church. He wields a staff ending in the symbol of Avacyn, various large scrolls on his back, and a magic lantern that appears to dispel darkness. The symbol of Avacyn can be seen glowing on his forehead.

- Wernog was created as the Universes Within version of Will the Wise from the Secret Lair Drop Series: October Superdrop (2021) which was originally released as a Universes Beyond tie-in with Stranger Things.[1]
