September 30 | Release of Secret Lair Drop Series: Camp Totally Safe Superdrop.
In response to threats members of the Commander Rules Committee received after the banning in September, it made the decision to hand control of the Commander format to Wizards of the Coast, and dissolved both itself and the Commander Advisory Group.[26][27] |
October 10 | Release of the first volume of the Destroy All Humans. They Can’t Be Regenerated manga in English. |
October 14 | Release of Secret Lair Drop Series: Pixel Perfect, the Secret Lair drop for Extra Life 2024. |

October 18 | During a panel at New York Comic Con, Wizards of the Coast and Marvel Entertainment reveal Secret Lair Drop Series: Marvel Superdrop and tease Marvel's Spider-Man. Attendees of the panel each receive[28]:
