Peemel was the ruler of the city-state of Iwset in the Dark Age of Terisiare, on the plane of Dominaria.[1]
Description
Peemel was a handsome man, well-built with strong hands and pale, colorless eyes, and long black hair carefully tended and caught in a ponytail held by a jeweled ring at the back of his neck. He wore red velvet robes and seemed to have a permanent smirk as if holding some amusing secret.[1]
History
Peemel schemed to take control over the western coast of Terisiare, initially by proposing marriage to Lady Edara of Jehesic, but when that was refused, he declared war on her. At the same time, he ordered the blood witch Sacumon to sow chaos in the north, pitting the Urhaalan Valley minotaurs against the Eln Forest elves. When his general-in-chief Ihesia was captured by Jehesic, Peemel managed to send a counterstrike against Jehesic, kidnapping Lady Edara in turn. When he presented this fact to his court, his advisor Digody saw his opportunity to strike against him, literally stabbing Lord Peemel in the back, and Peemel died with his ambitions of increased power unfulfilled.[1]
