Roxi is a human employee and the public relations (PR) officer of Myra the Magnificent's Intergalactic Astrotorium of Fun.
Description
Roxi deals with the public relations of the park. Since the park is full of things that could be seen very badly, Roxi is there to spin it and make it sound exciting. She is there to give a generous interpretation of the goings-on of the park, the "Queen of Spin".
Roxi is responsible for the massive amount of fliers for the park that are air-dropped on planets.[1]
