Thairin is a merfolk wizard ally from Zendikar.
History
Thairin is a merfolk aerialist who has been called "the Conqueror" for his leadership during successful forays into the archipelago of floating islands along the coast of Tazeem. It has been said that not many parties are known to call for an aerialist. Still, aerial expertise can be the best solution when an expedition calls for an exploration of a sky-ruin or passage across a days-wide canyon.[1] He has been known to compare the sky to being another sea teaming with currents, life, and endless possibilities.
