The Gurgel Brothers were a fraternal goblin team who hired themselves out as a guide across the Teeth of Akoum.
History
Unlike Sachir's other guides, the Gurgel brothers had no experience crossing the Teeth of Akoum, but they were highly motivated. After all her other guides had been killed, Chandra Nalaar hired the Gurgel Brothers from Sachir in a desperate attempt to get to the League of Anowon.
The Gurgel Brothers consisted of Gonka, Torke, Ularg, and Gurg Gurgel. Gonka Gurgel was the grappler, Torke Gurgel was the demolition expert, Ulark Gurgel knew his way around the flora and fauna of Akoum, and Gurg Gurgel was the quiet one. As with Chandra's other guide teams, their trek was met with disaster, with Gonka being snagged by a giant tentacle, Torke being crushed by a giant boulder, Ulark being eaten by giant carnivorous plants, and Gurg being swallowed by a giant worm. At least Gurg made it far enough for Chandra to finally reach Anowon's camp.
