Magosi, also known as the Waterveil, is a towering waterfall located on the continent of Tazeem within the plane of Zendikar.
Description
Magosi stands as the largest waterfall along the course of the Umara River, plunging nearly 300 feet.[1] To this day, no one has survived navigating the falls in any watercraft. Near the top of the waterfall lies a well-known portage, a favored resting and resupply spot for nomadic groups from various races. Traders, explorers, and travelers frequently set up camp here, making it one of the busiest trading points in the inner continent. It is the prime location to acquire pathway stones, essential supplies, and merfolk spell scrolls.
All travelers moving downstream through the gorge are required to use the Magosi portage, yet spending the night here remains hazardous.[1] Numerous people have mysteriously vanished during the night, likely taken by Verazol, the massive serpent that dwells in the dark waters concealed behind the waterfall.
