The Statuary Garden is a ceremonial space within the great Aradara Station where statues of Ghirapur's greatest inventors stand in quiet tribute. It serves both as an honor roll celebrating the city's brightest minds and as a constant, tangible reminder of the ingenuity and spirit of innovation that power Ghirapur's future. The Statuary Garden contains the carved likenesses of some of the most revered inventors in the world, figures whose work has transformed Ghirapur into the glittering City of Wonders that people from across Avishkar come to see.
Description
At the very heart of Ghirapur's bustling civic life stands the Statuary Garden, a proud and carefully maintained collection of more than two dozen statues that honor the city’s most influential inventors, theorists, and visionary makers. This revered garden lies directly beneath the soaring central dome of Aradara Station, the magnificent rail hub that serves as the beating heart of Ghirapur's transport network. Here, the city's four major aether-propelled train lines—each named after one of the four seasons—converge and then branch outward again, carrying travelers and trade to every corner of the surrounding countryside and beyond. The station itself is named in honor of the Aradaras, the legendary mother-and-son team of inventors who perfected the design for the city's first aether-powered trains and made this revolutionary mode of transport possible.[1]
The Statuary Garden began with statues of the Aradaras themselves, placed in a position of honor beneath the central dome where travelers pass by daily. Over the years, additional statues have joined theirs, commemorating the many inventors whose bold ideas and ingenious devices have continued to transform life in Ghirapur for generations. Just beyond the station's elegant concourses, the wide Dukhara Canal flows through the district known as Eleven Bridges. This historic canal, one of the first major public works in Ghirapur's early days, is spanned by eleven grand bridges built to symbolize the willingness of the noble houses who once waged the War of Eleven to set aside their differences and trade together in peace. Each bridge has become a bustling center of commerce, with merchants and traders lining the walkways to sell every imaginable category of goods and services. Together, the Statuary Garden, Aradara Station, and the vibrant Eleven Bridges district surrounding them stand as living proof of Ghirapur's spirit of invention, trade, and unity—a city shaped by the past and constantly reaching for a brighter future.[1]
