Gonti's Aether Heart is a legendary artifact on the plane of Avishkar. Gonti's Aether Heart is an artificial heart currently used by Gonti, an aetherborn crime lord on Avishkar. The artificial heart is powered by aether and allows an aetherborn to live long past their normal lifespan. Though its origins are not currently known, Gonti once had to enlist the help of Saheeli Rai to fix it. To do so he claimed to hold her family hostage to ensure her cooperation. However, once the operation was complete, the crime lord revealed that they had never been in danger and had called off their enforcers before the operation even began. The heart appears as a complex collection of golden gears with aether at its center giving it a blue glow.
