The Desert of Bones is a dune desert with a caravan road that stretches to the capital of Ki'pamu.
History
When the angel Kotara was summoned by Sabul Hajeen, she flew over the Desert of Bones, noting a caravan with grunting, tethered camels, and scaly, hunchbacked Viashino guides huddled around nighttime campfires.[1]
As part of Zhalfir, the Desert of Bones was phased out alongside other parts of north-western Jamuraa since the planeswalker Teferi wanted to spare it from the horrors of the Phyrexian Invasion of Dominaria. They were forever lost from Dominaria when Jeska destroyed the time rift over the Zhalfirin Void.
The desert was returned to the multiverse during the New Phyrexia-Zhalfir switch after New Phyrexia's Invasion of the Multiverse. It now exists as part of the plane of Zhalfir.
