Vraan is one of the Seven Steel Thanes of New Phyrexia.[1]
Vraan, known as the Thane of Blood, is a compleated Mirran vampire. Open and secret members of his Bleak Coven can be found all over the world, working as assassins and executioners for many different Phyrexian leaders.

Vraan is one of the Thanes who aided Urabrask's rebellion against Elesh Norn.[2]
