Zabaz, known as the Glimmerwasp, is an artifact Insect native to the plane of Mirrodin.
History
The name "Zabaz" originates from the distinctive buzzing sound this insect produces as it darts through the skies above the Glimmervoid. This creature sustains itself by absorbing ambient energies from the environment of Mirrodin, and as it grows larger, it becomes increasingly intelligent and cunning. Zabaz is notoriously aggressive and quick to defend itself, showing no hesitation in biting or slashing at perceived threats. It is also known for its relentless pursuit, sometimes chasing foes far beyond its typical range simply to continue its attacks. The only creature matching Zabaz's aggressive nature is Chikick, an ant-like hostile insect that inhabits the sharp blades of the Razor Fields.[1]
