Francisco is a bird pirate of the Brazen Coalition on Ixalan.
Description
Francisco's appearance closely resembles a palm cockatoo, with a large hooked beak, black feathers and red check patches. Design conceived of Francisco as the pet of either Malcolm Lee or Breeches and modeled his ability after both of their Commander Legends cards.[1]
