The Nobles' Quarter is the part of Ki'pamu, capital of Zhalfir, that houses the citys' elite. Full of mansions and towers, the Nobles' Quarter is home to nobles and guild wizards, and sees a fair amount of intrigue among rivaling houses.

History

In the time before Mangara's Harmony, the Civic Guildmage Sabul Hajeen summoned the angel Kotara to the Nobles' Quarter to avenge the death of his brother.
