The Buleusi Bay (buh-loo-zee) was the large Jamuraan bay to the south of Ki'pamu on Dominaria. It is currently split between the planes of Dominaria and Zhalfir.
History
It leads to the Kukemssa Sea and the Chaza Isles. The adjoining coast of Zhalfir is called the Buleusi Coast. On the eastern side of the bay lay Tefemburu before it was destroyed. The bay's name translates to blue/black (Buluu = Blue, Eusi= Black).
When Teferi phased Zhalfir out in 4205 AR, the waters of Buleusi Bay became split in two, with one half remaining on Dominaria and filling the void left by Zhalfir, and the other half of the bay joining Zhalfir in its phased-out exile.
