Alchemy: Thunder Junction is a MTG Arena-exclusive card set in the Alchemy-series that will be released on May 7, 2024.[3]
Description
Alchemy: Thunder Junction is a digital only release adjacent to the release of Outlaws of Thunder Junction. There are thirty new designed-for-digital cards included in the set (). The majority of the cards are set on Thunder Junction, with Ravnica and Vryn being shown on cards related to the The Big Score epilogue stories.
Mechanics
The digital-only mechanics Conjure, Draft, Not the starting player, Perpetually, Seek and Spellbook are reused. From the main set, Saddle is reused.
Alchemy: Thunder Junction introduces the Heist keyword action, which allows players look at three random nonland cards in target opponent's library and exile one face down. The player may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.[3]
