Mastermind is a Magic: The Gathering Arena-specific format for Magic: The Gathering. The format is not an on-demand format, instead being one exclusive to events.
Description
In this format, players are given a large Singleton deck (140 to 200 cards) and an emblem with the ability:
Mastermind
As long as 0 lands entered the battlefield under your control this turn, and it is your turn, each card in your hand has "Discard this card: Create a colorless land token with '
: Add one mana of any color.' Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery."
The format is reminiscent of playing Mental Magic. The deck has no lands and is largely color balanced, leaving it up to the players as to how to approach playing out their hand. The exact decklist varied from event to event.

Feldon's Workshop event
Workshop: Mastermind was a phantom preconstructed event held from June 9 to 11, 2020 on Magic: The Gathering Arena as part of the Feldon's Workshop series.[1]
FNM at Home event
FNM at Home: Mastermind was a phantom preconstructed event held on Friday August 21, 2020 on Magic: The Gathering Arena[2][3] as part of the FNM at Home series. There was one singleton Historic deck, which consisted of 200 non-land cards.
Zendikar Rising Festival
Festival of Adventure: Mastermind was a phantom preconstructed event held between November 1 and 4, 2020 on Magic: The Gathering Arena[4] as part of the Zendikar Rising "Festival of Adventure".
Second FNM at Home event
FNM at Home: Mastermind was a phantom preconstructed event held on Friday December 4, 2020 on Magic: The Gathering Arena[5]. It was the second Mastermind event for FNM at Home, and the fourth overall. This time, the singleton Historic deck was updated for Kaladesh Remastered and consisted of 190 non-land cards.
