Raining Cats & Dogs is a Secret Lair Commander Deck, that became available for pre-order purchase from the Wizards of the Coast webshop secretlair.wizards.com on January 22, 2024.[3] Six hours later, it was no longer available.[4]
Description
Raining Cats & Dogs is a complete, 100-card commander deck themed around cats and dogs. 27 cards have new art, and five of the those are reversible (cats on one side, dogs on the other). Every basic land features cat and dog art from Alayna Danner.[5] The reprints with original art have their original card face. They can be identified by the white planeswalker symbol in the lower-left corner of the card, similar to Mystery Booster cards and cards on The List.
Priced at $149.99 (USD) and printed in English language only, Raining Cats and Dogs was a limited-print-run product available while supplies lasted. This deck was pre-printed and began to ship shortly after the sale had started.

- 3 non-foil reversible Display Commander cards (same art as the Legends above)
- 22 traditional foil basic lands with new art (SLD #1513-1515)
