Secret Lair Drop Series: Marvel's Deadpool is a drop in the Secret Lair product range and a continuation of the alternate art Secret Lair Drop Series. It became available for purchase from the Wizards of the Coast webshop secretlair.wizards.com on April 1, 2025 (dubbed "April 'Pools Day").[3]

Description

In the spirit of April Fools, a redacted version of the announcement was released one day early.
“  Wade Wilson. The Merc with a Mouth. Wolverine's Best Buddy. Deadpool has been called many names, and now we're calling him "Deadpool, Trading Card" as part of our celebration of April 'Pools Day![3]  ”

This drop is a continuation of the collaboration between Hasbro (Wizards of the Coast) and Marvel Entertainment. It is also a tease for the 2025 Universes Beyond tentpole set Marvel's Spider-Man. Similar to the five drops in the Secret Lair Drop Series: Marvel Superdrop from November 2024, this drop features one of Marvel's iconic characters and includes a mechanically unique representation of that character alongside supporting cards.

The drop will additionally be made available through local shops on April 25, 2025, in a bid to make mechanically unique cards available to a broader public.[4][5][6] At WPN stores, the Secret Lair will be available exclusively as a non-foil product, while both a non-foil and foil version are available via the Secret Lair website.
