Omarthis is a naga from Tarkir who has tapped into the forbidden magic of Ghostfire.

Description

Dwelling among the scattered hedrons of Ugin's former crucible, Omarthis has absorbed enough of the essence of the Spirit Dragon to wield his ghostly magic, even as a glowing replica of Ugin's horns shimmer atop Omarthis's head. As a consequence, Omarthis has partly turned into a spirit.
