Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant, is a legendary human from Innistrad.
Background
Elmar is a human informant who acts out of Ulvenwald. He appears to be a light skinned man with brown hair who dresses in light clothing with a fur cloak. He uses a torch and travels through the forest of Ulvenwald at times jumping through the trees to travel.
