Jeleva is a vampire wizard that lives in the Nephalia region of Innistrad.

Jeleva lives in an opulent mansion near Havengul. A descendant of Runo Stromkirk, Jeleva has broken all ties with her bloodline en directly opposes Runo's participation in the coastal cult.[1]
