The Buleusi Bay was the large Jamuraan bay to the south of Ki'pamu on Dominaria. It is currently split between the planes of Dominaria and Zhalfir.
It leads to the Kukemssa Sea and the Chaza Isles (Buluu = Blue, Eusi= Black). The adjoining coast of Zhalfir is called the Buleusi Coast. On the eastern side of the bay lies Tefemburu.
