Torgaar is an avatar from Dominaria.
History
In Benalia, campfire stories tell of the twisted spirits of Urborg, who crawl from their swampy home to devour the unwary. In Urborg, the spirits tell tales of Torgaar, and they are far more frightening. Brought into being by one of Urborg's many calamities, the famine spirit roams the marshes terrorizing the Cabal, the swamp spirits, and anyone else who comes near.[1]
