Sunastian Falconer was a legendary shaman whose origins on Dominaria are unknown.

Description

Primarily a caster of magic, Sunastian dressed all in black with a hood covering his head. His face was marked with elaborate glyphs, and his eyes glowed with magic light. Around his neck hung an impressively large amulet of gold filigree, its chain set with numerous gemstones of various colors and its centerpiece a large green-glowing stone that exuded smoky magic. Sunastian was a shaman that had roots in both sorcery and swordplay, but he learned never to depend too heavily on the latter.[1]

History

Sunastian was part of the Union of the Third Path, at the time of the Brothers' War, and is counted as one of the founders of the The Third Path.[2]

Although the other details of his life are unknown, Adira Strongheart used "By the suffering of Sunastian" as a curse thousands of years after his lifetime, indicating he met with some ill fate.[3]
