Adira Strongheart was the leader of the Robaran Mercenaries on Dominaria, at the time of Johan's attempt to conquer central Jamuraa.

Description

A stunning woman decades younger than her ex-husband Hazezon Tamar, Adira boasted a lovely lean face and chestnut hair that seldom saw a comb. As a freebooter and pirate, she dressed like a man in a headband, baggy shirt, and tight trousers that met knee boots, yet the shirt hung open to reveal a tight halter that emphasized her bosom even as the kerchief dangled to conceal it, a peekaboo effect that was calculated to distract. Her bronzed neck and breast were laced by scars. Flamboyant and proud, Adira wore gold bangles in her ears, her hair, around her wrists, and even over the ankles of her boots, so she jangled at every step.[1]

History

The former wife of Hazezon Tamar, she was instrumental in leading various revolts against Johan's advance, including the events involving Jedit Ojanen that eventually lead to Johan's downfall and the end of Johan's War. Shortly before Johan fell, Adira was slain by the evil emperor.
