Moira is a Phyrexian spirit and wizard from Dominaria.
History
While alive, Moira wielded dark arts as a skilled necromancer, practicing her magic in the bogs of Urborg.[1] She was known for bending spirits to her command, binding the dead to her will without mercy. Her control, however, came at a cost — when a spell went wrong, her own body was destroyed, and she joined the ranks of the spirits she once enslaved. Confronted by this fate, Moira changed her ways and turned her talents toward helping spirits pass on freely. She was devoted to ensuring no soul remains chained against its will, which often brought her into conflict with Ratadrabik, a lich who trafficked in forced servitude of the dead.
March of the Machine
During the New Phyrexian Invasion, Moira was compleated and joined the Phyrexian armies. Alongside Teshar, she fought for the invaders, her powers twisted to serve the Phyrexian cause.
