Felisa Fang is a vampire wizard student at the Silverquill College of Strixhaven University on Arcavios. She is called Fang of the Silverquill which is a play on her last name. She is a Vainglory, a Silverquill mage that uses words to inspire or reproach their target.[1]
History
Felisa, a vampire, is the reigning queen bee of Silverquill. She's stylish, popular, and devastatingly witty. When you're in her good graces, as everyone wants to be, she's the picture of charm—but get on her bad side, and she (and her loyal entourage) can be absolutely vicious. If she can't crush you with words alone, she'll do it in an after-hours mage duel.[2]
Uvilda tells Felisa to go to her friend Rootha Squallheart, for the vampire to "motivate" the orc with her Silverquill's magic.[1]
