Professor Willowdusk is a weathered and ancient dryad who serves as an instructor at the Witherbloom College of Strixhaven University on Arcavios.

History

The true age of Willowdusk remains a mystery. She asserts that she has lived since the era known as the Blood Age, a claim many consider to be an overstatement, though no living being is old enough to disprove it. Long ago, a group of wayward students became lost in the treacherous Detention Bog and sought refuge among Willowdusk’s roots. She protected them from an attack by ravenous bogroffs and guided them safely back to Widdershins Hall, all the while instructing them on proper herb-gathering techniques during their journey.

Her guidance and expertise left such an impression that she was invited to join Strixhaven as a professor. Willowdusk delights in sharing her extensive knowledge of medicinal plants, the cultivation of various pests, and detailed dissection methods with new generations of students. Her office is famously known for the constant brewing of herbal tea, which welcomes all who visit.
