Alara block, comprising Shards of Alara, Conflux, and Alara Reborn, has 12 intro packs, each one comes with a 41-card deck and a 15-card random booster pack, five of which are bicolored and 10 are tricolored.

Prior to Shards of Alara, wherein intro packs were debuted, preconstructed theme decks were known as theme decks.
