Silvos, Rogue Elemental, is a fungal Thallid-like Elemental who was active in the Pre-Mending era of Dominara as a pit-fighter.
History
Silvos is an Elemental born of the Mirari that was thrust out of his homeland before he was even aware. After gaining awareness, he found himself without purpose or meaning. Eventually, he found both in the pits, becoming a notable pit-fighter in the Grand Coliseum of Otaria.[1]
Trivia
- The name Silvos comes from "sylvan," meaning "characteristic of the woods or forest." .[1]
- His concept went through various changes during development including at one point being a giant, King Kong-like gorilla, but that struck some in R&D as a little too silly. Eventually, they settled on a fungal elemental along the lines of Fallen Empires' Thallid Devourer.[1]
- Silvos is featured in the art of Unglued’s World-Bottling Kit alongside Visara.
