Onulet
Information
Origin Great Desert, Terisiare, Dominaria
Creator Tocasia
Status Unknown

Artifacts known as Onulets were artificial creatures created by Tocasia based on old Thran designs she found in the Great Desert.

Description

They were used as beasts of burden in her dig site. As they had no need for sleep or food and could haul heavy pieces of equipment, they were greatly appreciated by the diggers at Tocasia's dig site. Resembling large oxen, they almost had the look of a real biological animal, and several of Tocasia's students had thought them to be so - but their knee joints and stiff gait gave them off as artifact creatures to those using enough scrutiny.[1]

Trivia

The card Onulet was originally intended to be named "Onulets," which is an anagram of Soul Net, but the art has only one creature in it, so the name was changed to the singular.[2][3][4] The reference reflects the ability printed on this card.
