On the Dominarian continent of Terisiare there used be a region called The Great Desert.[1] This is where the Fallaji reigned. In 43-44 AR, the desert was host to the Tomakul Campaign of the Brothers' War, its sands heavily dug up as part of the months-long trench warfare.
History
The Great Desert survived into the Dark Age but became a cold, inhospitable place, uninhabited by civilization.
After the later Ice Age and the Thaw, the Great Desert was carved up and mostly swallowed by the Sea of Laments.
