Gherridarigaaz was a powerful Shivan dragon who allied herself with Urza on Dominaria.

History

Gherridarigaaz was angered when her son Rhammidarigaaz chose to be the viashino's champion. The viashino agreed with Urza to stop her from attacking them so that Urza could use the Mana Rig. Urza threatened Gherridarigaaz into leaving the viashino alone. He later managed to recruit her in the defense against the Invasion of Tolaria, and then on to the battle in Serra's Realm by delivering her son back to her. Gherridarigaaz died sacrificing herself to protect Urza from a quick and powerful blast of Radiant's spell during the battle in the skies shortly before the Collapse of Serra's Realm.

Rhammidarigaaz would later become the leader of the Dragon Nations and turned out to be the reincarnation of one of the godlike Primevals.
