The Basalt Spire was a tower in the Dead Zone on Ulgrotha during the time of the Tolgath, where Ravi hid to be protected from the destruction caused by her Apocalypse Chime.
Description
Ravi was trapped inside the Spire for generations until Baron Sengir released her from the spire's crumbled stones. It is unknown how Sengir was able to venture far into the Dead Zone and bring Ravi back, but he must have had some sort of negating effect.
