The Arrival at Tocasia's Digsite was an event in 10 AR, when the two brothers Urza and Mishra arrived at Tocasia's Digsite with Bly's caravan.
Description
Tocasia was alerted to the situation by a loud argument between the boys and the greedy merchant, who insisted they accompany his caravan back to Penregon. Tocasia intervened, finding a letter from the boys' father asking her to take them on board. The boys' father knew Tocasia personally, and she owed him for something that she called him "setting her free". So she welcomed the boys to the dig site and they immediately got into a scuffle with the much older Richlau for Mishra having taken his bunk bed. Over the years, Tocasia and the two boys grew closer, and although the constant bickering frayed the old woman's nerves at times, she valued the two boys' intelligence, bravery, and passion for archaeology and artifice. The three discovered a broken ornithopter in the desert after some years, which would eventually lead to the rediscovery of artificial flight on Terisiare.[1]
