The Maelstrom Wanderer is an elemental of Alara spawned by the Maelstrom.
History
The Malestrom Wanderer is a 60 foot tall walking storm of quasi-living magic that is purposeless and ceaseless. Its crab-like body is composed of green veins and vascular structures, fire and rock, and ribbons of blue arcane energy. Rather then being solely composed of energy, it appears to be an exoskeletal creature with a core of energy. As it is a towering elemental creature borne of the Maelstrom it tends to be found wandering the former Maelstrom's rim, into the wind, trailing blue plasma and licks of flame as it goes.[1]
