Vissk was a human wizard from Dominaria that was killed by Ugin.
History
Vissk was a magus of the future, a Wizard who possessed future sight. He lived in an Escheresque house and had an apprentice named Pinaphet. He became arrogant due to his visions of the future having once used them to survive an encounter with a dragon. After having a vision where he encountered the dragon again via a time rift he prepared a possession spell with the thought of taking control of it. While waiting he and his apprentice encountered Muggtoth who was dying, something he had also seen in his visions. He had his apprentice give an antidote to the poisoned cyclops. However, he did not realize what dragon he had encountered and was burned to death alongside Muggtoth by Ugin's ghostfire.[1]
