Tojira, a.k.a. the Swamp Queen was a sorceress who magically created the Nightstalkers of Caliman.

History

She discovered dangerous weaponry in various Thran ruins located in a salt marsh in the area of Dakmor. She went on to live there and waged war on Alaborn.
