The Sword of the Chosen is a legendary artifact on the plane of Dominaria.

Description

The Sword of the Chosen was the sword of the angel Selenia. Selenia was a Serra Angel and guardian angel on Dominaria who was captured and turned into a Phyrexian. It is a long silver sword that she wielded throughout her time as an angel and a pyhrexian. Under the control of the Phyrexians, she used it during her fight to greatly wound Mirri in the Stronghold after which she was killed by Crovax.

In an alternate reality caused by the Temporal crisis of Dominaria, Mirri is the one who deals the fatal blow to Selenia while Crovax goes on to become a great leader of the Dominarian Forces. He wields the Sword of the Chosen and wears a plumed cape related to Selenia's wings.
