A Serpent Generator is a magical artifact that can be used to create large amounts of artificial poison snakes.
Description
The Serpent Generator is an artifact used to create large amounts of artificial snakes. It can create a variety of species, including garter and rattlesnakes, depending on the spices used as fuel.[1] A red liquid is placed into the generator, and then poison snakes are produced out of it. The snakes appear to be a golden or green color with green eyes and large fangs.
History
One was used by Ramses Overdark to stop the rebellion of the Edemi Islands; two others were found by Strother, Borg and Elam, a trio of not-too-bright mercenaries known as the Ugly Triumvirate. Their stories can be found in the books The Dragons of Magic and The Monsters of Magic.
A serpent generator was found by students of Greensleeves around 4073 AR.[1]
