John Schork is a Web Content Editor for MTG Arena at Wizards of the Coast. He has extensive experience in Publicity, PR, Communications, and Marketing. He is a 2009 graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Humanities, Fine Arts, and English.
Career
Schork started his career as an Assistant Editor for Dark Horse Comics in 2009[1] and then became an Associate Manager, Marketing & PR for IDW Publishing.[2] Several jobs later[3][4] he became Associate Communications Manager for the Transformers TCG at Wizards of the Coast. This stint lasted from September 2018 to December 2019. After working at Microsoft as PR Manager for Minecraft, and some other jobs, he returned to Wizards of the Coast in June 2025.[5]
