The Holy Book of the Confessors is a prayer book used by the song mages of Sumifa to communicate in secret with one another. The book contains prophetic words that inspire and guide the song mages through a message of the day, although they do not always understand its words' meaning. An example read by Samor the Collector in 35 AR was simply "Fear not", communicated as an urgent and insistent command. Samor himself was puzzled by this message.[1]
