Gydolien Mor

Gydolien Mor, sometimes referred to as Gydolien M'r was a young woman from the Kingdom of Khone on Dominaria.

Gydolien was one of the Numbered Ones, and, after a magical exercise with the other Numbered Ones and a Yalomar Cat, she was determined to be the most powerful wizard in Khone. She was trained to become powerful enough to summon a Scarzam Dragon for Sol'Kanar the Swamp King on the Date of Tribute.

After fifteen years, she allied with Chondaeh from the Kingdom of Shikar and the dragon was summoned. Chondeah had manipulated the dragon into attacking Sol'Kanar though. Gydolien forced it back through the portal they created, but Sol’Kanar destroyed the Kingdom of Khone, apparently under the impression it was Gydolien who had set him up, leaving Gydolien the only living Khonian. She then focused her attention to avenging her home.

Note

Since the prerevisionist comics were very intertwined, its possible Gydolien was an ancestor of Grenfell Mor, and thus also of his daughter Gwendolyn Mor and his grandson Jared Carthalion.
