Gaslight Swamp is a swamp somewhere in Dominaria, south of King's Head and east of the plains of Tormuk.[1]
History
A bloody battle was fought in Gaslight Swamp when a battalion from King's Head was marching south to get through the mountain passes beyond to lay siege to a rebellious lord. The army led by Warmaster Jaxle Brey encountered goblins armed with various inventions such as rocksleds, kites, and sappers. In hatred of Brey, the scribe Wolsey defected to the side of the goblins, cleverly outwitting their king and taking the throne for himself, making certain that Brey's force was wiped out to the man and taking the Warmaster himself captive so that he could have the pleasure of killing him himself.[1]
