The following Rathi characters are only mentioned in flavor text, or appear as minor characters in the storyline.

Cardamel		A Skyshroud elf serving under Eladamri. A hot-headed youth who wished to rescue Valin from Crovax, but ended up getting his three companions killed and rousing the enemy instead.
Chelly en-Dal		Daughter of Salla en-Dal, became a smith in Dominaria after the Rathi Overlay.
Dalepoc		A Skyshroud elf whose clan was famous storytellers.
Dalwyri		A Skyshroud elf whose sons were known to Eladamri.
Darian		A Skyshroud elf serving under Eladamri. A hot-headed youth who wished to rescue Valin from Crovax, but ended up being killed and rousing the enemy instead.
Darsett en-Dal		A wealthy Dal man who conspired with Eladamri to attack the Stronghold. Uncle of Teynel en-Dal and kinsman of Langwin en-Dal.
Dinne il-Vec	Dinne the Dart	The Weaver King's main minion. A former Vec warrior, left catatonic after battles with a poisonous Rootwater merfolk and a Kor shaman. The Weaver King forced him to exert his mind until he could manifest in the real world. He fights and kills in order to feel something like his former life, and uses darts made of his own shadowy substance.
Dorian il-Dal		The corpulent chamberlain of the Evincar's palace. Served under Volrath, killed by Crovax.
Drannik	Captain Drannik	A Rathi soldier whose identity was attempted to be used by Eladamri to pass a security control.
Dreanilis		A Skyshroud elf serving Eladamri, who encountered Hanna and Mirri while they were searched for Gerrard.
Elcaxi	Corporal Elcaxi	Commander of the Fourth Company of the Skyshroud Expeditionary Force. Killed in action, and his persona was used by Teynel en-Dal in order to infiltrate the Stronghold.
Firanu		Skyshroud elf, an elderly guard who failed in protecting Avila from being killed and abducted by Tenesi. Granfather of Valin.
Florac	Lieutenant Florac	One of Colonel Mocklen's Lieutenants.
Furah en-Kor		A kor of the Fishers of Life tribe near the summit of the Stronghold. Killed by Volrath, who used his visage to scheme against Crovax.
Gallen		Young Skyshroud elf, lieutenant and friend of Eladamri.
Garnan en-Dal		A rebel Dal soldier, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Killed by Rathi guards while trying to escape.
Gemath		A Skyshroud elf who created a roayl line of elves known to Eladamri.
Gunder il-Dal		Commander of Chireef outpost, slain by Eladamri and his coalition.
Hans		A man who didn't want to be awakened from death.	Revenant (Stronghold)
Jova en-Vec	Tant Jova	An Elderly Vec woman who conspired with Eladamri to attack the Stronghold. Grandmother of Lin Sivvi and matriarch of her village. Tant is a title for a Vec clan speaker. She died of old age at over 120 years old.
Kelimenar		A Skyshroud elf, parent of Eladamri.
Kameko		A Skyshroud elf serving under Eladamri. A hot-headed youth who wished to rescue Valin from Crovax, but ended up being killed and rousing the enemy instead.
Khalil en-Vec		A Vec warrior, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Killed by moggs while trying to destroy the Predator.
Kireno en-Vec		A rebel Vec soldier, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Was killed during their last stand in the Dream Halls.
Korai		The Skyshroud elf chieftain for whom the Eye of Korai was named.
Koralid		The first(?) steward of Rath.He grew too ambitious for Croag's liking and even tried to kill Croag when the Inner Circle member arrived on Rath to replace him. Croag was far stronger however and killed him, placing Davvol on the throne.
Kylind il-Vec		A soldier who attempted to assassinate Light-General Rogur but failed.
Langwin en-Dal		A Dal soldier, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Kinsman of Darsett en-Dal. Accidentally killed by Medd en-Dal in harpoon fire while trying to destroy the Predator.
Leva en-Vec	Tant Leva	A speaker for the Vec nomads near Tabala Fortress. Tant is a title for a Vec clan speaker.
Lito en-Dal		Son of Salla en-Dal, became a smith in Dominaria after the Rathi Overlay.
Medd en-Dal		A Dal member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Was killed during their last stand in the Dream Halls.
Milgen en-Dal		A Dal man and pickpocket living with his sister Salla among the Vec. Killed by a Laccolith Titan.
Mocklen il-Dal	Colonel Mocklen	A Rathi commander under evincar Davvol. He is replaced by but usurps Light-General Rogur.
Nalun		An elf rebel. Nephew of Talik.
Narmer		The boatswain aboard the Predator.
Nasser	Sergeant Nasser	A sergeant in the army of Rath, serving under Greven il-Vec aboard the Predator. Defected to Crovax's side and stayed loyal to him until Belbe killed him.
Nidmon il-Dal		Colonel Rogur's aide, killed by his fellow soldiers.
Patwog en-Vec		A shaman in training from Travec who released a Laccolith Titan and was killed by it.
Rappian	Colonel Rappian	A rival of Light-General Rogur, who exposed his corruption and got him deposed from his role in the Stronghold and sent to Tabala Fortress.
Raydon		Skyshroud elf, of Mossbridge village, who brought news to Eladamri at the Eye of Korai that the Predator could fly again.
Retma en-Vec		An Oracle from Travec who was killed by a Laccolith Titan released by her apprentice.
Rogur	Light-General Rogur	A Rathi general killed by Colonel Mocklen.
Royn en-Vec		The dockmaster of Travec. Survived the Laccolith Titan attack and became a storyteller in Dominaria after the Rathi Overlay.
Salla en-Dal		A Dal woman and blacksmith living with her brother Milgen among the Vec. After her brother's death at the hands of a Laccolith Titan, she bound the beast to her smithy, making it fall into the Rootwater. She save her village at the cost of her life, teaching the Vec and Dal to work together even after the Rathi Overlay.
Sanyu		A Skyshroud elf serving under Eladamri. A hot-headed youth who wished to rescue Valin from Crovax, but ended up being killed and rousing the enemy instead.
Shamus en-Dal		A Dal scout, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Cousin of Teynel en-Dal. Was killed during their last stand in the Dream Halls.
Shirzod il-Vec		One of the army commanders who was called out by Crovax for failing to defeat the Weatherlight crew on their previous visit to Rath.
Sro Valik		Ostensibly a rebel leader, an Oracle from the west. In reality, a character made up by Colonel Mocklen.
Sterba en-Dal		Cousin of Darsett, taken by Volrath's forces.
Talik		An elf rebel. Uncle of Nalun.
Tenesi		Skyshroud elf and fiancé of Avila, taken and compleated by Phyrexians. In turn TenesiTenesi assassinated Avila and brought her corpse to Phyrexia, but was killed by Skyshroud elves before he could join her there.	Murderous Betrayal
Teynel en-Dal		A Dal soldier, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Nephew of Darsett en-Dal and cousin of Shamus en-Dal. Killed by Volrath masquerading as Eladamri.
Tharvello	Sergeant Tharvello	One of Crovax's Sergeants, wounded when the elf Cardamel attempted to rescue Valin from their camp. Executed by Crovax for treachery.
Thayer il-Vec		One of the army commanders who was called out by Crovax for failing to defeat the Weatherlight crew on their previous visit to Rath.
Theeno en-Kor		A kor of the Fishers of Life tribe near the summit of the Stronghold. Although initially allied with Crovax, after Furah en-Kor was killed by Volrath, he took his tribe away from Bluefire Mountain and traveled south.
Ulan il-Dal		One of the army commanders who was called out by Crovax for failing to defeat the Weatherlight crew on their previous visit to Rath.
Valin		A Skyshroud elf whose hunting party was caught and killed by Crovax. Valin was the last survivor, but Crovax drained his life force after the others had perished.
Valmoral	Sergeant Valmoral	One of Crovax's Sergeants, abducted Ertai in Crovax's coup.
Vellian en-Vec		A rebel soldier, member of the ten-person party who infiltrated the Stronghold, alongside Eladamri and Lin Sivvi. Killed by slivers in the tunnels below the Citadel.
Vertino	Private Vertino	Soldier in the Fourth Company of the Skyshroud Expeditionary Force. Killed in action, and his persona was used by Lin Sivvi in order to infiltrate the Stronghold.
Vordren il-Dal		Colonel Mocklen's aide, killed by Light-General Rogur.
Zeenka	Lieutenant Zeenka	One of Colonel Mocklen's Lieutenants.
