The Inner Circle was a host of the most powerful, intelligent, and dangerous denizens of Phyrexia.

Description

The main purpose of the Inner Circle was to carry out the will of Yawgmoth by making decisions that would have great impact on Phyrexia and those worlds that it would control. Often Inner Circle members were demons, but this was not always the case, as at some point they were replaced by pneumagogs.

Notorious members of the Inner Circle included Gix, Croag, and Abcal-dro.
