Evincar was a title used to indicate the ruler of the Stronghold on Rath and Dominaria.

Description

On Rath, Evincars possessed the power to control the plane's flowstone. Evincars were recruited for their ruthless personal ambition and propensity for destruction. Rath and Storm mentions that the title of evincar may have been used for Phyrexian rulers on other planes.
